We offer the following 4 critical project work scopes for projects:

Design and Build (Ride & Show)
- Working with our world class creative and technical partners, the K2 team will craft a design vision that presents an inspiring creative visual, but also one that can realistically be built;
- K2 will craft a project that will stand the test of time, yet takes into account the need to allow for responsible routine maintenance that allows for an attraction that is exciting, reliable and one our client views years later with pride.
- Once we move into the fabrication phase, K2 can provide experienced factory inspectors to support client Project Managers. Or if you prefer, K2 has the necessary qualified Project Managers available to support on behalf of our client;

Ride and Show Technical Assessment Compliance
- All new attractions will contain materials that must achieve compliance with specific flame and smoke specifications. K2 has extensive experience in dealing with these requirements;
- K2 can coordinate with client provided Attraction Managers so that their vendors provide proper samples to the government approved laboratories for testing;
- The fire departments of most countries are primarily involved with approving the building exterior and interior thematic materials as well as the materials used on the actual ride vehicles that contain guests;
- K2 has experience working with fire department ride evacuation team training and support. We can assist in the training of client support teams;
- K2 has experience working with the Conformity Assessors who will review all technical documents for ASTM, EN and/or BCA compliance. These individuals have extensive knowledge and experience with permit applications required to approve your attraction;
- K2 can prepare and submit all permits under the client scope leading to the final government approval which allows guest occupancy/ridership; or
- K2 can provide third party validation of the clients’ team permit process to ensure success;
- K2 has multiple years of experience working with BCA from Singapore and with Beijing’s CSEI team.

Ride and Show Installation
- Every mechanical installation company wishing to perform work throughout the countries of SE Asia must undergo stringent annual reviews to obtain key ride installation certification;
- K2 will organize qualified experienced Project Management teams to support ride and show installation activities;
- K2 has working agreements with several government certified installation specialists throughout SE Asia and in the Middle East. All aspects of Ride, Show, Electrical and Controls installation as well as final ride and show programming can be targeted specific to the needs of each ride and/or attraction.

Ride and Show Professional Support Resources
- K2 has access to industrial standard workshop facilities to support mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic fabrication works;
- K2 has partnerships with several vendors throughout SE Asia and the Middle East to support electrical, controls and programming needs;
- K2 can participate in the design, supply and installation of specific portions of, or with entire hydraulic ride systems as needed.
- K2 can provide site Procurement support services as well as crating and shipping or receiving;
